I wanted to write this letter of appreciation and make you aware of the extra lengths that Neelufa goes to. She is an amazing staff member for you and someone that goes above and beyond for her clients. She has taken the time to get to know my business and me personally and thinks about what I want and offers the best solutions. She is amazing at her job, and I cannot praise her enough. She was recently up until 3am in the morning trying to sort out an urgent delivery for me - definitely going above and beyond. She was in constant contact with me and the US trying to find a resolution. The effort, thoughtfulness and time was absolutely appreciated. I think its important to let employers know when they have an exceptional staff member, and you certainly do in Neelufa.
